For the most part, governance throughout the Caribbean is a serious problem. Those who govern lack the wherewithal to govern properly. We need future leadership that would be effective and just. Our societies are constantly in crisis mode. Our youth must be given the concrete opportunities to change the actual conditions of their life and to bring about a society which is ¨fair¨ and ¨just¨.
